Financial Rates

Tuition is due by the 1^st of the month and is late if paid after the 5^th.  A late charge of $55.00 will be assessed on the unpaid balance of an account after the 5^th of each month.  If tuition is not paid by the 20^th of the current month, your child may not return until paid in full.  A parent will be asked to withdraw the child from school if payment is late on a consistent basis. Unpaid balances will be subject to collections.

Please make every effort to be on time.  If you are on the half day plan you will be charged $1.50 per minute after 12:15 PM, and the same applies for our regular day after 3:15 PM and extended day after 6:00 PM plans.

We cannot issue credit for illness or any other type of absence. When you enroll, you secure a spot for your child, and tuition is charged for every scheduled day, regardless of attendance. Our tuition payments are broken into 10 equal installments yearly, meaning we do not adjust payments for school closures or personal absences. However, we are pleased to offer vacation credits to benefit our families! After one full year (12 months) of enrollment, you will earn one week of vacation credit. After two years, this increases to two weeks; you will continue receiving two weeks of vacation credit every subsequent year.

Our policy requires that a two-week notification be submitted in writing when withdrawing your child. Families who fail to notify the office will be charged for the two weeks. Once withdrawn, families who decide to come back the same year must pay a new re-registration fee.

If a check or bank transfer is insufficient, there is a $55.00 fee on all NSF transactions.

Your child must be trained fully and in underwear for one month without accidents.

The ratio in these classes is six children to one adult. In our older classrooms, the ratio is twelve children to one adult.

An extra day is only available if prior arrangements have been made and there is room for your child. The extra cost is $75.00 per day for the extended day plan, $65.00 for the full day plan, and $55.00 for the half-day plan.

There are no discounts for additional children. Tuition rates are set on a per pupil cost, so there is no discount for siblings who attend the school or preschool.

Yes. Hot lunch is available for $8.00 when ordered in advance online. Paying the same day is $8.50 and an emergency lunch without advance payment is $9.00. To order lunch CLICK HERE to create your child’s account and enter campus code FCR1. Rates subject to change.

The cost is $35.00 per day.
