Lunch Program

Hope's Italian Catering partners with HotLunch.com, a nationally recognized online lunch ordering platform, making it easier than ever to order meals. To begin ordering lunches for the upcoming school year, follow the steps below:

*Ordering Deadline: Lunches may be ordered online until 8:00 a.m. on the same school day. If you miss the online ordering deadline, you may still request an Emergency Lunch by text message or email. Emergency lunches are available for an additional $1.00 per meal and are subject to availability.

STEP 1: CREATE A PARENT ACCOUNT

• Go to: https://hopesitaliancatering.ahotlunch.com/login
• Click "Create Account", it will also require one student's info. 
• Enter Campus Code: FCR1 for the Route 66 Campus .
• You will be e-mailed a verification code that you will need for Step 2.

STEP 2: ADD STUDENT INFO

• Login at: https://hopesitaliancatering.ahotlunch.com/login
• Click "Students" to add more children or check out the menu or add money to your account!

For added convenience, you can also download the HotLunch.com iOS app. When logging into the app, enter the following domain: hopesitaliancatering

• Easy Setup: Create your account online — no student ID needed.
• Mobile Access: Order and manage your account through our app (available in the App Store). Once registered you can use HotLunch.com's iOS App (HERE), the domain you need to enter is hopesitaliancatering.
• Smart Menus: View photos, full menus, calories, and allergy info. Allergy protection blocks restricted items automatically.
• Rewards Program:
  • Earn points with every purchase.
  • Redeem points for discounts or free lunches.
  • Refer another parent for bonus rewards.
• Tiered benefits:
  • Platinum (orders daily): No order fees.
  • Gold (orders 2x/week): Double reward points.
• Helpful Reminders: Weekly emails with your order summary or a reminder to place one.
• Lower Fees:
  • Just 3% for credit/debit payments.
  • $0.65 for ACH — unlike the $4/per order from the previous software company. 
• Later Cut-Off Time: Order until 8:00 AM the day of, instead of 9:00 PM the night before.
• Auto-Reload & Limits:
  • Set up auto-reload for low balances.
  • Set daily spending limits for snacks/a la carte.
• Lunch Cards: Parents can print lunch cards for their kids.
• Balance Transfers: Any MySchoolAccount balance will be moved to your new Hot Lunch account.
